‘Kids First’ hosts Aventura grand opening
Pediatric urgent care NOW (nights or weekends) – and even holidays!

At last! Kids First is open NOW (nights or weekends) and even holidays - bringing excellent
after hours pediatric urgent care to the Aventura neighborhood. Staffed entirely by expert
pediatric physicians under the direction of renowned pediatrician Dr. Alan Swartz, Kids First is
creating even more cause for healthy celebration with a grand opening community block party on
Sunday, March 22 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The whole family is invited to the festive event at the
convenient new Kids First location on the corner of NE 26th Avenue and Ives Dairy Road (across
from Temple Beth Torah).
Kids First is the first of its kind pediatric urgent care center, close to home in Aventura, giving
parents peace of mind knowing if their primary doctor’s office is closed, Kids First is open to
provide prompt, trustworthy pediatric care without an appointment NOW (nights or weekends)
and thankfully even if it’s Thanksgiving!
After over 30 years of providing generations of families with the highest levels of quality
pediatric care, Dr. Swartz was inspired to establish Kids First based on the compassionate
understanding that, “Your child’s medical urgencies don’t conform to normal office hours so
neither does Kids First.” Facilitating the goal to help newborns to young adults feel better NOW,
Kids First also has an on-site diagnostic laboratory and pharmacy.
NOW (nights or weekends) and even if banks and post offices are closed, the first place parents
can bring their children for quality urgent care in the Aventura area is Kids First. And be sure to
be first in line to get free child ID kits at the grand opening block party Sunday, March 22 from
11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The fun array of activities will include a bounce house, rock wall, face
painting, clowns and food trucks plus meet and greets with the Kid First team, local kid-friendly
organizations and clinic tours.
Kids First (2627 NE 203rd St. - Ives Dairy Rd., Suite 110) is open Monday-Friday, 5 p.m. to 8
p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Most insurance plans are accepted.
